Do not work with this office! Horrible experience. I called on a rental 10 mins after it being posted wanted to view property. I was honest and upfront about having ESA and all appropriate documentation. Lorraine Matthew’s states he didn’t want a pet I said it’s a working animal not a pet. Had to explain legally that isn’t allowed. I agree to the owners professional floor clean even no carpet on move out no problem. Do NOT work with this office. Signed a lease, and 10 days later found out I had to move across the state; a total surprise. They kept 1st months rent, as well as the security deposit, although there was 30 days before the lease was set to begin, and they had reasonable time to find another tenant. Cole Concannon was very rude and cold in response; he had no qualms about bullying us into signing away most of our deposit money.
