Jenn Nelson was our realtor. She was excellent kept us well informed throughout the process. Gave us tips on how to make the house most presentable. We had multiple offers within a week and accepted one of them.
I would never recommend Sarah Loftus to anyone. We lost a deal because of her incompetence. They cannot just verbally accept the deal and later say they got another offer because of personal reasons. Lame excuses and not a bit of professionalism.
