Sadly, I can't consider any other rating for this agency. I teed one up for them. I called their office and told them I needed representation as a buyer for a small apartment building in Franklin County. For the most part, the transaction was smooth, but one minor detail was neglected, and that was to inform their out-of-state buyer client that sewer is billed annually in arrears based on the previous year's water usage.
