RecommendedHave rented the same house from CB for 5 years, last year had a number of small but fixable problems with the rental, when entering the home this year we were surprised that all problems had been fixed plus new furniture in the living room.

Melissa Martin was my realtor and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They worked with my schedule to show me potential properties and always replied to messages in a timely manner. Two very poor experiences with Coldwell Banker Rentals. We rented a house for a week over 4th of July and got an email the week before saying that they were sending someone over the Tuesday of our vacation to replace the washer/dryer. I responded and asked for a heads up when that person would be there, and got zero response to my email. After it was replaced, I got zero follow up to find out if the experience was ok.
