We have been booking our rental house for many years now with the great folks at Coldwell Banker (Esp. John O'Leary who is the greatest.). They have always been super and we have never had an issue. When we pick up the keys on Saturday and when we drop them off the next Saturday we are always greeted by the nicest folks you could ever hope to meet. They are terrific in every way possible. Thanks to all the great folks at Coldwell Banker in Rehoboth Beach. Absolutely the best.
John O'Leary has been our agent for the last 3 - 4 yrs. He is very responsive to your needs, and ensures any issue is dealt with immediately. He trul goes above and beyond.

Melissa Martin is the best agent I have ever dealt with and I have vacationed in Rehoboth for double digit years. Of the many things they do well one is as soon as you call while in Rehoboth whatever the issue it is resolved in minutes

We rented with agent Melissa Martin. She was very professional and helpful. We couldn't be more happy with our entire experience. Definitely will book with Coldwell in the future as the entire staff make everything easy & delightful. Needed repair to the house upon our arrival. A repairman arrived the very next day and completed the repair. He did enter after knocking (I would have appreciated a text or heads up prior his arrival) but, a prompt fix was appreciated.
