When my wife and I were considering downsizing when the kids were all moved out, Kevin said "lets list it and see what happens". A little over a week later our house was sold! We built a new $400,000 home through EGStoltzfus and Kevin Brown was their realtor. The first appointment with Kevin Brown and our realtor he was a no show. The following four meetings he would show up 30 to 30+ minutes late. We received no responses to our emails or phone calls concerning questions about our new home but at settlement he was there "on time" to received his $9000 for being the selling realtor.
Kevin has helped us not only get the house of our dreams, but do it in a very short time frame. He has been extremely honest, professional, and helpful along the way. He communicated with us every step of the way without pressuring us to make decisions. He is an amazing realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
