Pat is the best Realtor I've ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She helped sell our father's house. It was listed less than a week and got well over asking price! She was always responsive and provided expert guidance.
I hired an agent by mistake. She constantly threatened me with her real estate rule “You will never have a second buyer if you ignore or pass the first buyer.” The agent said it’s the first time happened in her agent career that I have a second buyer who offers me a full price. The crazy agent tried to scare away the second buyer and told me she was going to share the inspection report with the new buyer.
