Very misleading agent! House is listed as a 3 bedroom house but there are only 2 legal bedrooms. When questioned the agent (Sue) says, “the sellers are prepared to add a freestanding closet to a room in the basement.” Also, for the pole shed the listing says, “ready for hookup to in-floor heat”. The building was not insulated, there were 1” gaps around the overhead doors, and I don’t think there was gas or enough electric to run any kind of a heater. I cannot recommend Mia Beardsley of Coldwell-Wayzata enough to anyone looking for a top-tier agent! I am a retired Air Force officer who has spent 25 years moving around the globe and consider myself a veteran of the home buying and selling processes.
