The realtor I worked with here, lied to us. We went in for an open house, and we stupidly trusted the realtor that was showing an open house to represent us just as much as they represent the sellers and instead they took advantage of us. They talked us out of doing an inspection, making the comment that the sellers took good care of the house. There’s nothing wrong with it. Come to find out there’s several things wrong with it. Being a first time homebuyers, we were very naïve and they took complete advantage of it

Very misleading agent! House is listed as a 3 bedroom house but there are only 2 legal bedrooms. When questioned the agent (Sue) says, “the sellers are prepared to add a freestanding closet to a room in the basement.” Also, for the pole shed the listing says, “ready for hookup to in-floor heat”. The building was not insulated, there were 1” gaps around the overhead doors, and I don’t think there was gas or enough electric to run any kind of a heater.
