Horrible experience. We wanted to rent a condo at Del Webb in Florham Park. When we went to their website, Eileen Sergent’s name came up. We called her, went to see the unit, and fell in love with it. After some negotiations with the listing company, we both agreed to lease it. Eileen sent me a list of 4 bank checks I needed.
