TLDR: Laura Semple and Beth Hettrich were uncommunicative, recalcitrant and pugnaciousness to deal with. They made my mother feel small and stupid during the loss of her own mother. Would not recommend using them. My mother met Beth Hettrich a year ago in October to see if Coldwell Banker Realty would be able to sell my declining Grandmother's house. The Semple and Hettrich team is excellent. They came in with a clear plan, brought resources in to help us execute it quickly (de-clutter, high-end photography, marketing, etc), communicated exceptionally well, and sold our house before the open house. They are experienced, wise, and great communicators, and they are the first experience I’ve had with real estate agents who competently guided the entire process. I contacted Yoshi about a house I was interested in seeing and she called me back very quickly and was able to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. She was on time, and good natured, helpful and patient through my tour (and such a beautiful property!).

Beth ******** and Laura ****** are not only the worst brokers ever, but some of the most nasty and rude people we have ever had to deal with. AVOID COLDWELL BANKER AT ALL COSTS.
