The Semple and Hettrich team is excellent. They came in with a clear plan, brought resources in to help us execute it quickly (de-clutter, high-end photography, marketing, etc), communicated exceptionally well, and sold our house before the open house. I contacted Yoshi about a house I was interested in seeing and she called me back very quickly and was able to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. She was on time, and good natured, helpful and patient through my tour (and such a beautiful property!).

Beth ******** and Laura ****** are not only the worst brokers ever, but some of the most nasty and rude people we have ever had to deal with. AVOID COLDWELL BANKER AT ALL COSTS.

Anne-M*** Santiago G****** is the worst real-estate agent we have every met! Very rude and pushy. She knows NOTHING about the communities she is trying to sell (push) houses in. I suggest trying someone else instead!
