Coldwell Banker Realty provided me with an extremely disappointing first experience. My realtor failed to advocate for my interests, leaving me feeling neglected compared to others. Their unprofessional and rude behavior towards my home, which I was trying to sell, was disheartening. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by getting stuck in a contract. I urge caution when dealing with them.
We worked with Daniele who was Incredibly unprofessional while she managed the property we stayed that this past year. She would raise her voice when we would ask about issues with the property (which never seemed to end) and at one point sent an unlicensed tenant living in the apartment below us to “fix” our broken ac which resulted in him falling through our ceiling and now we are being charged for those damages.
