Below is a direct quote from a CB Petaluma agent when I told him that I didn't want to list with him. It' worth noting that I shared this email with the Petaluma branch manager, a CB RVP and the CB CEO - thinking they might want to know how their company is being represented. I have not received the courtesy of a response. To me, that speaks volumes. "Aight no problem good luck with the junk boat house selling hope it sinks to the bottom of the ocean!"
