I am concerned that if I reach out to the manager to discuss my negative experience with an agent here, that they will be as arrogant, cruel, cold and dismissive as the agent was to me. That would break my heart even more than the agent did already. I do not recommend this place for your real estate needs. Find someone awesome and who treats you well, even if you aren't their client.
