Amanda is truly the best realtor. We will never use anyone else. She is so professional and knows how to take care of business. She is very knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. Trust me… if you’re looking to sell or buy, AMANDA is the BEST at what she does.
Tried working with Troy Hammock who inevitably ghosted us causing us to lose out on a great property opportunity. He stopped responding after we decided not to hire the contractor he wanted us to use on another property we have. That is very unprofessional and I highly encourage you to look for other options when choosing your realtor.
Seven years ago, Bob Shell listed and sold our home in 2 days. When we came back to the area after traveling full time the past seven years, we hired Tracy Pearasall to help us find a home that met our needs. It took over two months, but we found the home that met our needs, but unfortunately, it was listed by the worst real estate agent that we have ever had to deal with.
