Warning: DO NOT USE AMY SMITH My opinion on her and this company. This is fair warning to all who want to use this company and this realtor. All I’m going to say is she didn’t sell our house. She had it on the market for 5 months. I canceled my contract with her and guess what, she held my house keys and contract basically hostage until I paid her $1200 for what she called reimbursement. We never signed any paperwork legally telling us we had to reimburse her for anything. Word to the wise stay away from this realtor. Unprof... read more
