Kristina Berg and I have worked on two purchases together. The first went extremely smoothly. The second closed but was a little rougher. She followed up throughout the transaction and she and I (the lender) even argued at one point about the appraisal. One of the reasons she was so meticulous about things is that her clients tend to get the homes they want on the first offer. So why we did argue I understand why.
