HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My agent, Steve Ranis, is a misleading liar. Don't use him if you are looking for honesty. It says a lot about the company as a whole. He pretty much guaranteed me an apartment, fully knowing I wasn't looking anywhere else. After being told by him that I was approved, I didn't hear from him again for 5 days. I emailed again asking for the lease and got a reply that "management went with another applicant." I was never told there were other applicants, and have yet to receive an ex... read more
