My experience with Mason Eyster was extremely disappointing. We had an agreement that he would give us a kickback after the sale of our home, but after rushing us into selling, he completely reneged on the deal. When questioned, he gave evasive responses and refused to honor his word. To make matters worse, Coldwell Banker in Yorktown did not handle the situation well at all, offering no support or resolution. We feel misled and taken advantage of.
