Dory Marhamat is a absolute clown.. guy just asks for documentation of stuff with no intention of doing any business with you.. extremely dis honest.. he won't even pick up your calls.. this man is extremely unprofessional. Avoid working with him at all cost..
Be careful if you use this broker's agent as a buyer agent because the agent would not go through any disclosure with you, would not have a final walk through with you, would not get the key for you, would only push you to put more money... Also be super careful when you see house listed by this broker's agent because she will list the wrong lot size(famous case Horiike v.
