Very bad experience working with a team as the counterpart of an $550k that I bought yesterday. Showing up late for the walktrough and then, when there were some issues did not even response txt messages and phone calls from my realtor. What else could a realtor do the day of a closing? Ensure everything goes well and their clients close the operation and get the money with no issues.... This place have the brand but not the service. I wouldn't recommend at all.
