I communicated respectfully and promptly with Carmela Greco at Coldwell Banker Realty: Hoboken Office, but her tone was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. She said things like, “Did I say I was going to call him?” and accused me of delays that didn’t exist. Legitimate questions were met with dismissive, curt replies. Real estate professionals should treat clients with respect... my experience with Carmela did not show this.
Lisa Colucci is a super professional! She made the purchase of our dream home an easy process. She communicated well, she was caring, sincere, and always in the most positive energy! Highly recommended!
