Laurie Byers #0635424 made every part of purchasing our new home a horrible experience. She constantly made problems with every step. From the very start when we wanted to purchase a home she demanded we use her lender and said we would not be able to purchase unless we did. Which is steering AND IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. She would refuse to get information in a timely manner to our agent and would complain about the lender we did end up using because she could not legally stop us from using the one we wanted. One of the agents at this brokage shouldn't be working there. The lies, the zero customer service. But most importantly delivering an oven with a dead rat after the seller took the oven. This agent tried to pass a dumpster oven as the one in the house. Horrible poeple. Horrible tactics.
