My Coldwell Realtor Matthew Beaman didn't show up to either of my walkthroughs or the closing. He offered very little help throughout the process. He never helped search for homes, just supplied an automatic filter for homes that went above my range. He's fortunate that the house I toured with him on day one was the house I purchased. The main takeaway I have is that a bad realtor is worse than no realtor at all. Extremely unprofessional.
Keith Nielsen rudely spam called me claiming he had a buyer lined up above my asking price, then when I told him my house was no longer for sale by owner and provided him to contact information for my realtor, he rudely hung up on me. I would avoid doing business with this person since he's clearly dishonest.
