If there was a lower star, that would be it! The transaction was botched by the buyers agent from the beginning. Offers not being communicated with the owners, forgetting what the terms were for the offer given, subsequently having the agent taken off the listing! Then, furniture that was part of the contract was removed and neither the owner nor Coldwell Banker was willing to accept responsibility for any of it! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Think twice about using this brokerage agency!

Realtors Beware! I moved my license over to this office in February 2024. The Broker of record Dennis Hoffman did disclose that there would be a $40 fee each month for the "privilege" of using their tools/ website/ programs etc. Also a yearly "legal fee" of close to $500 would be charged after 30 days. In my case 3 months of the Year 2024 was already gone so Coldwell Banker pro-rated those 3 months & charged my credit card $268.
