Jim Parks does not follow thru like he says he will and then he ghosts you. He was going to get me access into a property he had listed, said he would set it up and call me back and never called. After 3 days I reached out to him with multiple texts and and email or two. Again, not a peep. I contacted another agent to try to get access and he is ignoring her too.
