If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been an absolutely awful experience with Coldwell Banker at 331 W Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285. Where do I even begin? Our agent, Val Mallia, was completely unhelpful--no comps, no advice on pricing our listing, nothing! We aimed high, but I had to repeatedly call her just to get updates and figure out what we should be doing to get people through the door. And her phone? Always went straight to voicemail.
