We live in Whitestone community South Venice. Our home went up for sale on Friday the 13,and we used the Best Realtor in the Venice area Joyce Ingrassia. She made us comfortable with her expertise and knowledge of selling homes. As soon as she put up that sign we were getting people interested in viewing our home,a few days went by and we had an offer. To make a long story short we signed a contract. We couldn’t recommend Liz Carvalho highly enough. She was simply outstanding throughout the process of selling our Venice home, thoroughly professional in every step, tremendously responsive and very proactive, and to top it off, an absolute delight to work with. If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been an absolutely awful experience with Coldwell Banker at 331 W Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285. Where do I even begin? Our agent, Val Mallia, was completely unhelpful--no comps, no advice on pricing our listing, nothing! We aimed high, but I had to repeatedly call her just to get updates and figure out what we should be doing to get people through the door. And her phone? Always went straight to voicemail. Joyce is very unprofessional sell agent, and have discrimination issue. I will not trust this company no more.
