I referred a client to Ullanda who was looking for a commercial unit and they ended up finding something that worked for their business. From what I heard she stayed involved through the details and helped keep timelines on track which isn’t always easy with commercial deals.
Sold my condo with Ullanda last year and the process was smoother then I expected honestly. She helped with pricing strategy and handled showings quickly. There was a couple stressful moments but she stayed on top of everything and kept me updated. Would work with her again
