I have used Rick Harris to buy and sell three homes in Ashland. I have also referred at least a dozen others to him and universally, he has won outstanding reviews from all of us. I used to have a RE license so I have seen the behind the scenes action and I have seen the respect Rick has from every other realtor I ever came across for his integrity and kindness. There's no other realtor I recommend.
A friend had recommended Rick Harris. She is in a different segment of the market than I am. I met with him and told him what I could afford. He did not advise me to go elsewhere (as you will see, he should have). I called several times over the next two weeks to check in with him about potential properties.
