RecommendedMichael helped us sell Mom's house after she passed away. He brought "calm" to the process, advised us what to fix up and not and we essentially had our price within a couple hours of listing. The house closed in four weeks without issue. I had a terrible experience with Michael Keefrider. He did several unethical things during the course of our transaction. He tried to intimidate me to remove several critical points on the sale contract like having working appliances at the property then he turned around and tried to sell me used and chipped appliances from his brother at Lowe’s.
