I highly recommend using a different property management company. The people who have been left in charge of this company are terrible people. They lie to their tenants AND to their clients. They also discriminate against you if you are white and will call you racist. They will also put their family members first in line on the waiting lists for houses to rent when they become available. We have been tenants for 2 1/2Years. The building is in need of repairs and updates. These things were stated to us as in the works when we signed the lease. The latest problem is the access doors to the building. They have not been locking properly. We as tenants have told the and they have sent someone out to fix them yet they still are not reliable.
