This place owes me money from a bad sale of a house and keeps avoiding my calls to not pay it. It's written into the contract and they are still refusing to pay what they owe. Don't deal with them. Once they get your money, you are no one.
I highly recommend Emma Boulanger, Realtor from the Steinbach office of Coldwell Banker. She helped us find our second home near Morris and was incredibly helpful, friendly, down-to-earth, and patient with all of our questions. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Bob Jackson Terrible real estate agent. He is rude, a terrible uninformed real eatate agent and has no idea how to market a property.He had our property for 3 months and did not get one offer, we signed with Jennifer Queen and she got 3 offers in 3 days our house was sold. Ohe offer was above the listing price. My advice is don't waste your valuable time with him. we were sorry we hired Bob Jackson.
