We purchased a home that was listed with Plourde Real Estate. Nothing but problems from day 1. Real Estate Agency had no problem collecting the commission's from a $500,000 home but claimed ignorance when issues immediately began. Paperwork was not properly filled out, VERY POOR communication on the selling agents part as well as lack of appearance when needed.
