I recently have had the nightmare dealing with. Joe Riffle and associate. After providing instruction they have been highly disrespectful towards my family members. They insist doing things they want to, I guess thinking they own the place. Only because they couldn’t follow some simple instruction and causing unnecessary problems am I leaving this review. Me and my husband moved at this property when it was owed by a different management. They absolutely loved this place and took care of it. Once Coldwell took over everything went downhill. No more maintenance at all, once winter hit it was absolutely ridiculous, our trash stopped being picked up because of the lack of snow removal, us, the tenants tried to keep it as clean as possible but we were not able to do much without the equipment.
