Shout out to the kindest, can do realtor out there. Tim Toth brings laughter, calm in the storms and truly cares about his client. I have never had a realtor provide those extra touches that you have done for Mark and I. We have purchased a lot of real estate in our life, you are the best. The service getting into the home was beautiful, kind and fun. Getting out started with several inspections, cold demeanor and was not fun. Two adults in the house one year, no damage and they kept our entire deposit. Even tacked on an "administration fee" for good measure.
