Risa Pavey from Coldwell Banker was our realtor and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and looked out for our best interests. She was available or got back quickly when I had questions or needed something. I give her 5 stars and recommend her as a realtor.
The service getting into the home was beautiful, kind and fun. Getting out started with several inspections, cold demeanor and was not fun. Two adults in the house one year, no damage and they kept our entire deposit. Even tacked on an "administration fee" for good measure.
