DO NOT rent from Jessica Bowlby or Rebecca with Coldwell Banker’s rental division. Jessica led us to believe we were signing a legal lease agreement alongside another tenant — someone she happens to be close friends with. Later, she allowed that same person to evict us by claiming we were just a subtenant, even though we paid rent and utilities directly to Coldwell. Ryan Shannahan was horrible to work with, the most unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with. Called the office, made a complaint, emailed, never received a response. I would not recommend this office or Ryan Shannahan to anyone.
