Spoke to Vincent scipione on Facebook marketplace. At first everything went fine. My partner had made an appointment with him to be in PA at 5:30, we live in Brooklyn and that same day the rain and traffic got so bad we had to cancel the visit. 4:37 I texted him to let him know I was going to cancel and if we could reschedule for that Friday because I was going to be available.
