I had an amazing experience with the team at Coldwell Banker Lake Country! They worked with my busy work schedule to get my condo on the market & purchase my lakefront home. With just 1 OPEN HOUSE my condo had an offer in just 4 DAYS! Just found out today that the house I submitted a full price offer on over a week ago is being sold out from under me. I suspected prejudice against my veteran status 4 days ago, as we could not get the listing agent to present the offer to her client. I switched from a VA loan to conventional to make her happy.
