Like pulling teeth Initially it took almost 2 weeks for the house to get on the market. I was listed with this agent for 7 months. We did not get a single offer, open houses were done only once every 3-5 weeks. I made very clear what my bottom line price was, I was constantly asked to set a lower price. I was told I was not a team player if I didn't lower the price. My yard sign broke it took over 3 weeks for her to do anything about it, it sat outside looking ugly.
