In 1986 Tom Crosby helped me and my wife Sharon sell her mother's house in Alhambra and to locate and purchase our home in Walnut. I am still in that home. Tom was very creative in his approach, especially in helping us to choose a home to buy and negotiations with the sellers. I am sure he won't remember me, but I sure do remember him and just the fact that he is still at the the Alhambra Coldwell Banker office says a lot.
