If you’re looking to rent an apartment and this company owns them- just find something else. Another slum lord who doesn’t care about fixing or maintaining property. Trash all over complex, black mold all over basement and bathroom, windows are off hinges, shower/sink/kitchen sink leaks, big bubbles in my ceiling, and god forbid they clean the dyer once every seven years. If you like to do your own repairs- go for it, unfortunately it’s pulling teeth to try to get someone to fix anything.
I purchased my home through Coldwell Banker and the process was pretty much seamless and stress free. They were very professional, trustworthy, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!
