This was my third home I have sold over the last 25 years and by far the worse experience we have ever had with a realtor. During the negotiations it seemed he was more for just settling for whatever the buyer asked just to get a contract signed. We set a closing date 30 days out, that fell through because of his lack of follow up to get a survey done, we set up a painter, that fell through because of the realtors lack of follow up in securing a letter of intent to secure the painter. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! – If you like being talked down to like you're four years old by snotty $11/hr. office clerks who think their stuff doesn't stink, then by all means, rent from this management firm. SAVE YOUR RECORDS AND RECEIPTS – Horrible experience with property management!! They lost our rent receipt and we received multiple calls exclaiming that we were late on our rent and needed to pay late fees. It was only when I drove 30 minutes up to their office and showed them my receipt that they realized their mistake - mind you, no apology was ever made! HORRIBLE REALESTATE COMPANY – Terrible experience with this realestate company, made an offer on a house which they had told me was accepted only to find out at the home inspection that they never got the seller to sign the contract and that I didn't have a valid contract! I don't believe this company to be ethical, I will never do business with them again!
2 Days and already regrets – Only lived here for two days. What a mistake, I already regret renting through them. On top of that I have to deal with them for one whole year. GUARANTEED!! SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT - UNETHICAL – I find it completely amazing reading these reviews. Every one is almost exactly what I have dealt with when dealing with this unethical company. Property Management is nonexistent and nonresponsive, but will gladly take your rent, and deposit too!! Worst Experience Ever! – This was the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. Our property was in terrible condition when we moved in and we made many improvements to it in our 2 years there. Yet still we were robbed of our $1575 deposit and asked to pay another $200 for "damages". My favorite part is that we were charged $300 to clean the carpets and $600 to replace the carpets. WTF??? This place is terrible. They are thieves and take forever to respond to maintenance requests.
