Brandon Hopson with Coldwell Banker Danforth is great if you want someone with no ethics, who comes to take over properties with people living in it and forcing them out with no consideration other than his commission to go into his pocket.
On the commercial side, I am writing this review specifically regarding one broker from this firm, Jonah Wilhelm - Managing broker. Early on I made several attempt to reach Jonah regarding a commercial property I was interested in buying. After a few email attempts I finally got ahold of him and we had our phone call. I recently fell into hard times and communicating this to Liz Broadwell was stress free and relieving. She treated us like human beings and was understanding and helpful.
