Staff is extremely trashy and unprofessional. Tenant application states combined household income must be 3x monthly rent. Afterwards they DENY us saying that EACH applicant needs to have 3x monthly rent. WHY THE hell would 5 people who EACH make $9,000/month = $108,000/year needs 4 other roommates even though the application itself states its combined household income must be over 3x months rent. I had an issue during the winter storm where I came back from vacation and there was water coming out of my light switch. I called my CBD property manager to tell them about this problem and was glad to hear that they had another unit who was experiencing issues so they were actively working on a fix. Within a few days, not only did they figure out that problem, they got me instructions I needed to get a vendor into my apartment to get back to what it looked like before.
