Whoever buying a home in Minnesota & seller realtor is Tara Welch than please make sure to read agreement correctly, she adds the issues(Like issue with appliance etc., ) in sellers agreement but it would be in very very small font so that this will be there in agreement for future ref at the same time buyer will miss to read such miniature verbiage, kind of deceiving the buyers. It happened to me, might happen to you as well so be careful when dealing with her.
I worked with Tara selling a home to her clients in Hugo. She was professional, communicated often and represented her clients well. She knew the area and got the best value for her clients. I would recommend Tara to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.....
