Clemmesca has poor attitude just didn't care for her.
So we found a house we were interested in purchasing called the realtor on the sign and waited. Once we got home I clicked on Zillow find an agent he got back to me within 5 minutes so we set up a walk through for the next day. As we were getting ready to go to the viewing the realtor on the sign finally called back mind you 24 hours later. Never answer there phone . Poor to stay in contact with you. Some girl named Megan very snobby. They are not out to help the buyer in anyway and they mark up property way over cost for sellers. Like 30k to 100k mark up. Made a bid on a house she said good luck with that. realtors dont like it when your paying cash. So if your dealing with them be prepared for snobby aditude..
