Real Estate agent Steve Felix was the listing agent for his wife’s house that we bought in January 2020. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY! After the close of escrow, 3 days later we had a bill for $11,400 in sewer line repairs!!! FAILURE TO DISCLOSE AT ITS FINEST! The plumbing company let us know that this was an ongoing issue due to new piping connected to a rotted sewer line. BE CAREFUL OF STEVE FELIX.
