If you want property management...stay away from these idiots. They collect your fees but dont want to do anything for it. They dont follow up on issues, they lie to the tenants in your homes, etc. They NEVER call you back when you have questions, you just have to keep calling them and demand answers!!! Horrible, Horrible. These people are AWFUL....
Downsides: Not open on weekends. Wont give you a key to look at rentals. Upsides: Super clean rentals, professional service, some times has great deals, will work with you.
