Like pulling teeth Initially it took almost 2 weeks for the house to get on the market. I was listed with this agent for 7 months. We did not get a single offer, open houses were done only once every 3-5 weeks. I made very clear what my bottom line price was, I was constantly asked to set a lower price. Great Real Estate Agent – I have worked with Alicia Reid in this office and she helped me to sell my investment property in the city of Seattle. I do not live in the area and she went well above and beyond what she should have done to help me out. She was professional at all times, extremely ethical in her practices, and had fabulous knowledge of the area and the comps. I will use Alicia again for sure.

The Best in the Biz! – We feel so fortunate to have found Alicia. Actually, she found us. We had a home on the market which we were trying to sell ourselves and she showed the property to one of her perspective clients.
