Pam was an absolutely wonderful agent to work with. We listed our home with her and within 2 hours of it going live we had eight showings booked. We had a solid offer within 24. She made the process so easy on us. Even after our transaction was completed we went to Pam for advice, she is extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Waco area.
Our house was under contract the day after it was listed. Pam was very helpful throughout the entire transaction not only for the home she sold, but she answered any and all questions I had regarding the purchase of my other home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Waco area. The sale of our property was extremely easy and we appreciate all her hard work.
IMO, she is greedy and treats buyer and buyer agent disrespectful and unethical. I would never do business with her again.
Dishonest business practices in selling homes in areas with bad water issues but failed to properly disclose before sale. Shameful disgrace. Beware of buying home in Axtell Texas where petroleum products are in water. Check for arsenic levels in reports before buying. �
After six months on the market with no offers we hired Pam. She made a few suggestions and it sold quickly. Easy closing, the experience was great. Wouldn’t use anyone else for buying or selling!
Pam recently helped me sell my home. I got an offer the first day it was listed! She was very professional and was quick to address any questions or concerns I had.
