When we needed to purchase a home in a completely unfamiliar state, Chris Hughes and the Coldwell Banker team @ AJS-Schmidt stepped up in truly remarkable ways. Chris in particular consistently went above and beyond standard realtor responsibilities. The result speak for themselves: the entire process was a smooth: and efficient purchase process that concluded much faster than we anticipated. Beyond that - Chris has charisma and an energy that just made it a thrilling process and a blast to work with.

As I approached buying my first home, I did not know fully what the process would look like. Chris took every opportunity he could to make this an easy and productive process. He was able to answer every question I threw his way and was very efficient in his response times. We were able to look at multiple homes in one and quickly put in offers as well. I can not imagine doing this process with another realtor and I highly recommend Chris!

Chris was patient with us during the looking and purchasing process. He went above and beyond from what we expected from an agent, which we deeply appreciated given that we lived several miles away from where we wanted to purchase a house. I would highly recommend him and will personally use him for another property purchase.
